At LISA YANG, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery to ensure you are completely satisfied with your luxury cashmere investment. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the LISA YANG garment bag is included to protect the delicate cashmere fibers.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
